Come visit the 188 acres of varied terrain at Southeastway. There are numerous trails for walking and running, through or around 80 acres of wooded area and Buck Creek. Southeastway began in 1961 as half farmland half forest. Just over a decade later, the park was developed and dedicated. Today, the main activities and operations include environmental education classes, picnic shelters, and a center (shelters and the center are available for rent and can accommodate various amounts of people). In addition, there is a bike trail, playground, and other features that will satisfy the wants of the entire family or age group.
